In your search to feel better and have a deeper understanding of your life and goals my experiential approach to therapy can help you make sense of life again. This journey of self discovery is my specialty. I help guide clients through all of life's transitional challenges. I am a licensed mental health counselor who has worked in the field of counseling and education for 25 years and hold two Master degrees. I work with individuals, couples, children/adolescents & families. I lead Children, Adolescents Co Ed and Women's Groups. Other Services: Self Empowerment classes, Relationships Seminars, Divorce and Career Coaching.
From the first session you can begin to make sense of life again. Your relationship with yourself will become fulfilling as well as your relationships with others. I use a cognitive, interactive, goal oriented approach and teach practical tools that are designed to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addictions.
