Hello, I am a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Owner and Director of Simple Therapy Now. As an experienced therapist, I specialize in Individual, Couples, Teens, Family therapy, and Women's Issues therapy. I offer a positive, solution-focused, goal-oriented approach, which helps to make therapy briefer than more traditional approaches. Christian based counseling is available upon request. When desired I am able to incorporate meditation and/or mindfulness practices into the therapeutic process. My presence is compassionate, warm, accepting, and professional.
