I can help you “do the work” to really shift your perspective, heal from the past, develop healthy relationships, and feel positive momentum toward your goals. If you are open, insightful, and committed to developing better self-awareness; I will provide the safe, supportive structure you need to heal your emotional pain and move forward in your life. Using Psychodrama (a mind-body therapy) and mindfulness I will help you identify and access your own strengths and resiliency.
I am a Board-Certified Trainer and Practitioner in Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy and have a background in creative art therapies. I frequently work with adults struggling with life adjustments, relationship conflicts, complex grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I often enjoy working with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals who are impacted by the secondary trauma of their professional work or other caregiving responsibilities. I enjoy providing the gentle, nurturing and compassionate space for the helpers in our community to heal and grow.

This group offers opportunities to express feelings, identify and nurture resilient inner qualities, experience connection and emotional support. This group is especially helpful for individuals experiencing loss, life transition, relationship issues, and health issues. Groups use psychodrama, psychoeducation, and discussion. This group helps people who feel "stuck" in their life to move forward. Intake necessary prior to starting group. $65 per session, sliding scale available.
