It gives me such joy and gratitude to embark on this journey of change with you as we work together on 'turning your mind' to new possibilities. It is my greatest hope that the work we do will assist you in reaching your own goals and give you a sense of freedom to live your best life. You can learn to manage your emotions, your life and your addiction. My approach centered around a strong set of skills using DBT, Brainspotting & EMDR. I have a strong knowledge of 12 step recovery programs and use therapies that only enhance your recovery.
My experience includes working with trauma survivors, blended families, performance issues, Depression and anxiety. I use DBT, Brainspotting, EMDR, The Gottman Method and Ego State therapy to assist you in becoming more skillful and effective in life. Years of experience with Substance Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Trauma.
It can be very challenging to find a therapist that you feel will click with you. I am credentialed as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and an Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I look forward to meeting with you very soon!
