I have been working in the field of addiction for over 12 years, including the addicited individual as well as their families. While this is one of my primary areas of expertise, it is not the only client focus that I treat in my practice. eating disorder, family system issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues and self esteem struggle.
I believe that all people struggle with their own personal issues in life. I work very hard to provide a safe, empathetic environment where my clients can feel free to express themselves without judgement, while at the same time, allow them to hear honest and direct feedback that will lead to their own personal growth.

Recovery Group
This is a mixed gender group for adults that are early in recovery (between 30 days and 3 years). The focus of this group is on the challenges that early recovery can present one with. Topics include stress management, family issues, personal relationships and managing triggers, relapse signs and signals and how to navigate through the trials and tribulations of the new lifestyle of recovery.
