In addition, I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of connection and trauma. I also work with women and couples experiencing reproductive difficulties, fertility intervention and postpartum adjustment. Additionally, I often work with high achievers and perfectionists.
My approach involves the recognition that my clients and I have a relationship. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to change our relationships by working inside of one. I foster a deeply caring, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can feel fully seen and supported. My goal is to make sure that all clients feel heard and understood.
I work from a family systems perspective in order to understand how your family of origin may have contributed to your development. Therapy is about getting to know yourself better so that you can be conscious of your behaviors and choices. I believe the psychotherapy process can be one of the most transformative journeys one can take.
