I believe that much of our sorrow and struggles are rooted in relational harm in our past, and that similarly, there is healing to be found in not remaining alone in your experience and process of past and present pain. I work creatively and collaboratively with each client. I use art and play in therapy when appropriate, finding these to be useful in the therapeutic setting, particularly when working with children and adolescents. I also enjoy working with young adults and adults grappling with issues of grief and loss, anxiety, depression and relational struggles.
