Achieving good mental health requires a collaborative relationship, which begins with building a trusting therapeutic environment. In practice, We utilize a variety of theoretical approaches such as Reality/Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems.”
We offer substance abuse and mental health assessments for employment or legal matters. We specialize disability claims administration/management (i.e. short-term, long-term, FMLA). WE also possess extensive experience in relationships, trauma (PTSD).
Saturday therapy session are also offered for those hectic weekday schedules.
