You may be here because you have tried many methods of healing but find that there are places that you have not yet been able to reach. Perhaps these are places of complex grief, trauma or gender and sexuality. I work interactively and empathically with you to tend to the places most in need. I have an anti-oppression, psychodynamic and relational frame. I specialize in trauma, gender complexity and psychedelic integration. I also enjoy working with couples, and am well versed in working with poly/non-monogamous relationships .

A theme in my work is helping people navigate their internal trauma with trauma of our world while continuing to open and grow. I have a heart-centered approach and deeply believe in your inner healing intelligence. The nuances of therapy work continuously moves me. Let's move.
