Going to therapy is a step before we resolve our issues. I use EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Mind/Body Connection and Cognitive Behavioral approach to help individuals to resolve trauma and ease PTSD. All this to heal painful feelings and behaviors that are keeping us feeling stuck. We can achieve our goals, especially reach happiness we want, to be true to our own core values. All this will improve communication with others- I call it a side effect of therapy, a way to happiness.

It starts at the assessment of your relationship, provides an explanation of dynamics in your life, and explores options you would like to look at - all this for you - to get better and be happier.
