Welcome to Life Centered Therapy and Spiritual Counseling, LLC. With over 20 years in the field of behavioral health and addictions, my goal is to help you achieve balance and well-being at your pace. My specialty is working with transgender individuals, spiritual connections with a lifestyle of recovery. I believe that everyone has the right to express their authentic self and reach their full potential as human beings. I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, crisis, trauma utilizing relaxation techniques, stress management, spirituality or other challenges of daily living.
