I have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and am a graduate of Assumption College. I hold a masters degree in counseling psychology. I am certified in both family counseling and children & adolescent therapy from the Aaron T. Beck Institute.
I work with a variety of issues however, my expertise lies in couples therapy. I enjoy helping partners build or rebuild a healthy loving relationship based in increased intimacy through improved communication. I also work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, ADHD (screening and strategies) as well as high functioning autism (aspergers).
