I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds, and want clients to feel a sense of compassion and real concern for their welfare. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, with an additional emphasis on providing treatment for anxiety disorders and interpersonal stress. I also work with families on parenting and child behavioral issues, coparenting after divorce, and mediation.
I use a variety of techniques, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Family Therapy.
