Welcome to High Desert Thrive! If there was one silver lining to the pandemic it was legitimizing virtual visits as a viable option to serve folks in need. I have served many individuals through my virtual practice who would never have been willing or able to access support. Making change is difficult--Therapy is a great option for those ready to move forward in their lives. I am passionate about serving my clients and assisting them in finding healing, and increasing their quality of life. I offer a safe, trusting environment to work through difficulties and improve life coping and satisfaction.
I employ a client-centered approach for those who are struggling with a variety of issues, including managing depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, self-esteem and other issues. Counseling services also focus on healthy relationships, substance abuse and domestic violence situations. I am specifically trained in CBT, DBT & EMDR.
It can be difficult to initially reach out for help and support. Please don't let fear hold you back any longer. Let's work together in the safe comfort of your environment to build tools and process difficult life circumstances. I promise your efforts and our work together will build your worth, strengthen your tools and create a happier life.
