As a Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor, I assist clients in addressing anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and stress, while occasionally assimilating yoga concepts into counseling with incredible results in those seeking to more effectively manage these issues. I also work with couples struggling with communication and sexual desire discrepancies.
As a product of two successful Marriage and Family Therapists, my knowledge of counseling began at an exceptionally young age! After 27 years of marriage to my best friend, we continue raising our 4 children (adult & teen), celebrating our shared interests of the outdoors, and spending time with family!
