Many of our personal, emotional and relationship problems are simply caused by a lack of self awareness, adapting to new situations and negative thinking patterns. Healthier ways of thinking and having greater self awareness helps work through these day to day challenges. We have great strengths and gifts that are not always easy to notice or understand at first. Personal growth, developing coping strategies, improving communication and making positive life changes can enormously help resolve these issues. I hope to help you develop the best version of yourself.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, MBTI Personality Type approaches for individual, couples and group therapy. I will help guide and support you in a safe, non judgmental and respectful space. We'll work towards achieving greater self awareness, self esteem and confidence.
