I provide individualized Therapeutic Service providing intensive one-on-one intervention within my office, and/or virtual settings. There are many reasons traditional outpatient therapy may not be adequate to address the issues of individuals who are in severe emotional or behavioral distress. Some benefits to mobile counseling such as Ease of scheduling appointments to accommodate your needs; Individuals / Adults often feeling more at ease in their own environment, or convenience for individuals that is not able to leave their environment. In-home available on a case by case assessment.
My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior and DBT. However, the treatment modalities are tailored specifically to your therapeutic needs. Being diagnosed with a mental health problem is not the only way to benefit from therapy, individuals seek help for everyday concerns: job stress, relationship problems, divorce, and first responders trauma.
Available in both traditional and not traditional settings such as in-Home / Community Mobile Therapy, and or Online / Skype Sessions

Parenting
Authoritarian or Overly Permissive? Research shows both extremes can interfere with the child's ability to regulate emotions and form healthy relationships as adults. The best type of parenting is fair, flexible, respectful, and focuses on teaching rather than forcing submission. Reflective listening and validation helps a child to feel respected and more willing to cooperate. Allowing the child choices with clear limits on unacceptable behavior is the healthy balance that we teach in our Parenting Training.
