Kristen is nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapies including CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Child Traumatic Grief Therapy, Risk Reduction through Family Therapy, and Complicated Grief.
Kristen is providing services via telemental health only (live videoconferencing) indefinitely. Clients receive a link to connect with Kristen via a HIPAA-compliant internet-based platform. Sessions are currently offered M-F 9:00am-2:30pm.
