Women's Support Group
Designed for women who want to start taking a more active stance in their lives. Activities will include information, group discussions, and physical movement, including some martial arts. Active Healing combines traditional counseling with the philosophies and movement strategies of Aikido, a Japanese martial art. This approach is based on the concepts of blending with and redirecting even 'negative' energy for a positive outcome.
