I know pregnancy and postpartum can be a very difficult and vulnerable time for many women and have received training in postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD among other issues that arise from pregnancy and childbirth. While working with couples, I not only provide education; I also seek to help partners have a healing emotional experience while in my office. I have trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and have specialized training in healing affairs and overcoming pornography.
I enjoy working with clients discovering their sense of self, who may experience worry, anger and sadness. These feelings can accompany early adulthood, divorce, loss of a loved one, faith transition, and many other life changes we experience.
