I am not currently accepting new clients at this time. I have 30+ years working with trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, dissociation, grief, loss and relationship issues. I will rapidly help you to assess what is blocking you from your full potential and together we can develop a plan to get you back on track. I will work with you to resolve unspoken issues from the past or recent/current events that are distressing or disturbing to you but you can't shake off. I will teach you effective skills to manage your anxiety and depression.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRIA Certified and Approved Consultant. I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in conjunction with Early Trauma Processing, Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Gestalt, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am passionate in my desire to help you reach your full potential.
