Young Women's Empowerment Group
This group is for women ages 19-28. This group helps young women feel empowered in their life and have confidence, self awareness, hope and the ability to speak up and stand up for themselves. This group has been on-going for a year. It is a wonderful support group that also incorporates talk therapy, art therapy, and snacks. You will be welcomed with open arms and supported as you make life-long friends in a confidential therapeutic environment,

Teen Empowerment group
This group is for teenage girls ages 13 to 18 years old. It helps girls who struggle with self esteem, relationships, self identity, and empowerment. This group has been running for two consecutive years and has a maximum enrollment of 13 members. Groups have between 7 to 10 girls who attend each week. Therapy consists of talk-therapy, art therapy, CBT, social skills and action therapy. The group is led by 2 licensed therapists who specialize in group therapy and working with teens.
