Need help changing your life? I am the type of therapist for those individuals that don't have tons of time to figure out their past life issues. Through assessments, I am able to develop and implement a future focused plan with clear goals and an estimated timeframe for achievement. I am more of a non-traditional therapist & most of my clients have tried and failed at more traditional clinical therapy. My clients are usually referred by word of mouth as a last resort in hopes to establish major life change.
I work with individuals that really want help in re-building their lives after some sort of personal or family crisis. Examples would be: incarceration, failed relationships, domestic violence, emotional/physical abuse, substance abuse, addiction, divorce, separation, or a break-up or job loss.
Classified as an expert witness in a number of VA courts, & has been featured in ABC, NBC, & FOX news affiliate articles for my work with families. I currently host a real talk therapy radio show called Domesticology, "The Science of Living your best Domestic Life." Friday's at 8 pm on RadioVPS.com.
