It’s time to do the work! If you are ready to dig deep and work through, I'm here to assist. Being functional (going to work, doing your day to day habits, presenting as if everything is going well, etc) is not the same as genuinely being well. When you are at a place where everything seems fine on the outside, but you don't feel fine on the inside, it's time to figure out why. Together we can begin to better understand your thoughts and feelings, gaining clarity on what fuels your behavior and triggers certain habits. Change is possible and you are capable of achieving it. As a clinician, I specialize in heightening self awareness and fostering behavior modification. In addition to the insight gained during session, you will be given therapeutic exercises designed to further enhance your awareness and help produce effective changes in your life.
