Twenty four years and counting in private practice. I work with psychological and physical manifestations of depression, anxiety and trauma. During the initial meeting a thorough process of assessment will be done together. With questions about how you are currently feeling, thinking and functioning being the focus of my attention. Together a process of psychotherapy will begin with the goal of expanding your capacity to manage and understand your social/emotional/cognitive functions along with your physical experiences in order to create new ways to feel, think, do and be in the world.
Providing psychotherapy to adults, couples and children is my specialty. My training and experience is informed by contemporary psychoanalysis, infant development and trauma research. In my clinical training the body and mind are intrinsically connected in our achievement for psychological and physical health and personal potentials and vulnerabilities.
