I am a registered psychotherapist with 15+ years of clinical experience. In therapy, I support my clients by providing a safe space to explore issues, better understand where they are coming from and making the changes they want to. Whether you're struggling with a life change, relationship concerns, current stressors, or issues from the past, this is a space where you can explore feelings, gain perspective, connection and support. My style as a therapist is warm, open and accepting. I practice from a strengths based, trauma informed framework and use a psychodynamic lens to better understand the root of the problem.

My clinical work has mostly been with adolescents and adults. I have treated clients dealing with relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief, loss, impacts of trauma, sense of self (identity, self esteem, belonging, confidence), and other issues.
