Thank you for considering me as your therapist! I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults. I believe that therapy, as a healing space, is also an interactive phenomenon that has a powerful effect when expectations are clear. I am originally from Cuba. My theoretical orientation is eclectic with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral as well as Jungian approaches. My aim in therapy is to help individuals reach out into the strongest versions of themselves.
Due to my experience in community and hospital setting, I've gained competency at assessing and treating clients from mild to severe mental health issues. I have developed a solid foundation that focuses on a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, relationship issues, self-esteem, spiritual questions, and other.
