Life is super hard right now for many, if not all of us. Most of us feel like we're just trying to survive each day. We specialize in helping women cope with everything from anxiety and burnout, grief and loss, to navigating motherhood and other major life changes. We'll support you through it all – big or small. We’re committed to creating an environment that makes you feel comfortable sharing anything that’s on your mind. We’ll never assume anything about you, your circumstances or what’s best for you. Life is full of ups and downs, and we’re here to support and empower you through every stage of it. You’re not alone.
Most people come to us feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or depleted because of the demands of life. We help those feeling stuck in routines, wanting to make changes but feeling scared or unsure of how to do it. And we work with women who may question who they are and what they want in life.
We have 16 counsellors on our team (RCC, CCC, and RSW) and many are accepting new clients, as well as graduate practicum counsellors who offer reduced cost counselling at $60/session (with no waitlist). Feel free to read more about our team on our website and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
