My name is Victoria and I am a Registered Psychotherapist, RP. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Currently, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults aged 13-25. I provide support for stress and anxiety, panic symptoms, depression and low mood, relationship and friendship issues, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies. I also have extensive experience in the sports industry as a former NCAA-Div-1 soccer player. I specialize in helping youth athletes overcome performance anxiety, boost self-esteem, and manage stress.
My practice is informed by evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist and earned my certification from The University of Toronto.
I entered this field because I wanted to provide a safe unbiased environment for people to freely explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship to foster self-discovery, self-empowerment, and healing. Together we can work through difficult emotions to uncover your true authentic self.
