I am a Mental Health Therapist (MHT) who specializes in teens, adults, and families in Sherwood Park, AB. I am accepting new in-person and virtual clients at a low cost. I use a person-centered approach coupled with CBT and narrative therapy to meet my clients where they are and help them get where they want to go. So often, my clients come to me with a feeling of being stuck or isolated; they have lost hope that things can get better. We all want to feel understood, accepted, and to be freed from our stress.
