I work with individuals, couples and families to cultivate new ways of looking at problems. I will draw on your strengths and also help you develop new skills to assist you along the way.

Some of my areas of counselling experience include marriage and relationship issues, such as communication or trust issues; anxiety or depression, and dealing with chronic pain or life changes. I have an office in Kelowna and West Kelowna, and I also have a secure platform for online sessions, whichever is most convenient and comfortable for you.

I am a warm and caring person who offers a non-judgmental atmosphere. It takes a lot of courage and strength to make that first step toward change and growth and I feel pleased and privileged to join you in your journey.
