I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Expressive Arts Therapist. My therapeutic intention is to hold a container of curiosity, embodied awareness, presence, kindness and compassion to you to reconnect to the deep knowing of your being. By staying present, slowing down, and attuning to the body and the art space, the path reveals itself. I have a deep trust in the process, the intelligence of the somatic body, and the power of the creative arts to reveal the light within the wound and illuminate your pathway back home.
I approach this work in a grounded, attuned and intuitive way. Each session is unique and client lead. Depending on what is present and alive, a session may have an integration of Expressive Arts Therapy, inner parts-work, somatic therapy, nature therapy, Hakomi Method, and/or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST).
I have had the privilege of holding safe space for trauma recovery, nervous system healing, embodied awareness, emotional processing and life transitions for all bodies and orientations.
