I am a registered counsellor in private practice who is dedicated to helping people navigate all sorts of life challenges and experiences. Services include relationship counselling, men’s issues, depression and anxiety counselling and more.
I have been doing counselling and psychotherapy for over 20 years. I trained and became certified in England as a transactional analyst psychotherapist. Initially I did my own personal therapy before becoming a therapist for others. I believe all people have the capacity to change and feel good about themselves and others.
