At the same time any and all of your lingering distresses are made worse by the pressures we are suddenly under. People today are feeling trapped, worried, confused and at times overwhelmed. Some of that is new, and some is carried into this time. Both can be addressed. And the good news is we can work remotely without losing the personal qualities I bring to face to face work. A challenge is any intervention that awakens something new and helpful in you; insight, experience, feeling, or sensation. People are served by different counselling styles.
