We believe the client + counsellor must fit, so we have multiple practitioners with two locations so you can choose a therapist with whom you connect. We are an all-female team who understands you on both a personal and professional level. Our counselling styles can be described as empathic & solution-focused. We provide an environment free from judgement and invite you to start exactly where you are!
We have 15 practitioners who are RCCs, RSWs or Psychologists who understand how physical and mental crisis affect the individual and the family. We treat everyone from children to the elderly and have subspecialties in treating anxiety, self-harm and depression, trauma, behaviours, phobias, grief+ loss, self-esteem issues + more!
