Trauma specific and somatic therapy on Locke S and online! Our practice is political! We are human beings with lived experience advocating for safer spaces in mental health care. You have found that what is available has not been helpful or even harmful. We provide safer spaces and help folks find safety in their bodies and improve connection in relationships. We help individuals find their humanness, their strength and resilience, and restore hope for the future.
We are queer and/or GLBTQ2SIA+ allied. We affirm and help folks navigate neurodiversity and complex trauma. Through a variety of approaches we help folks heal. It takes time; it takes safety; we will work at the speed of trust. We will wait for you to invite us to let us help.
We believe that folks find it difficult to ask for help. We also appreciate that when the time comes where you need support you don't want to have to navigate a healthcare system that may not understand your specific needs. Our mission is to provide safer, counselling and psychotherapy services to those who live in our community.
