As an Expressive Arts Therapist (ExAT) I use an Intersectional Anti-Oppression Feminist (IAOF) and Recovery Oriented approach. I have partnered with clients on the following issues: confidence, sexuality, relationships, trauma, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, isolation; identity, equity, intersecting, or compartmentalized worlds, age, class, image, physical/developmental/emotional ability. Rekindling connection with Self, other and community through creativity. LGBTQQ2SIAAPPSW+ aware. Couples, ENM, Kink aware.
ExAT is a person-centered, relational and experiential arts-based approach to psychotherapy that engages the client through a process of creative discovery as a way to reconnect with inner resources. Clients may explore issues through: visual art, writing, drama, music, movement as catalysts for personal inquiry, new perspectives and growth.
I am passionate about the radical acceptance of all beings, all life experiences welcome here. I offer joining me in experiencing a safe, kind, compassionate and healthy therapeutic relationship in a fully equipped arts studio.
