It is my belief that the path to healing can take many forms, and that therapy is a space in which that path can be explored and fortified. In my work with clients, this journey primarily begins by exploring our connections in current and past relationships with loved ones, as well as the relationship we have with ourselves. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I value providing a safe, welcoming space for all clients to explore their experiences. My stance is trauma-informed, strength-based, and anti-oppressive and I strive to embody a compassionate, collaborative, and curious stance.
I have worked with individuals, partners (currently not taking new couples), and families, exploring experiences with depression, anxiety, self-criticism, emotional regulation, relationship and family conflict, trauma & survivorship, shame, grief, body image, self-acceptance, racial & cultural identity, sexuality, gender identity & life transitions.
In our demanding world, it can be so difficult to reach out for support. Therapy can provide a safe space where individuals can share their innermost worlds, and feel heard and seen. I strive to provide a warm and peaceful space, and look forward to supporting you along your journey. I welcome feedback to ensure your receiving the support you would prefer.
