I am a Registered Social Worker with a strong passion for providing supportive counselling to adolescents and adults. I practice eclectically by incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, neuroscience, attachment and strengths-based approaches to work in conjunction with clients to reach their goals.
