Does your appearance or relationship with food consumes your day to day? Do you often worry what others think of you? Or rarely feel like enough? I support clients who struggle with body image, anxiety, and self-esteem. I know it can feel impossible to not care about what others think. And... what lies on the other side of is true peace and freedom. In an effort to be who we think others want us to be, we end up shrinking ourselves and our lives get smaller as a result. It's my hope throughout counselling you learn to feel comfortable taking up space, regulate your emotions and anxiety, and experience more of life.
I help clients 16+ process emotions and past experiences, so they can invite all parts of themselves to the table and learn to see themselves clearly. Together, we'll take doable steps toward change, unhook from cultural conditioning, explore your emotions, and building the internal safety necessary to take up more space in your life.
