My areas of interest are people suffering from anxiety, helping establish healthy boundaries, assisting women who feel disconnected in life and in their relationships, supporting single parents and addressing co-dependency issues. Some approaches used are CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness practice. I look at my client as a whole...physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Please know that you are not alone even though it may feel like it. I understand that it can be challenging and uncomfortable. But you are here and that's a start.
