I am a Registered Psychologist, providing services from a strength-based, and intentionally integrative approach. Core to my work is the belief that a rich therapeutic relationship, characterized by mutual respect, collaboration, and trust is key to fostering meaningful change.
I provide services to children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with children and adolescents for 10+ years. I also work with couples. As a certified emotionally focused therapist, I use emotionally focused therapy with individuals and couples to explore the impact of attachment on our lives. I also supervise registered provisional psychologists.
It is a common human experience to struggle; we do the best we can with what we know. I hope to provide a space for people to walk into their struggles, with me walking alongside, aiming to move towards a meaningful place. Having hope, acceptance, self-compassion - and a dash of humor - it is possible to thrive!
