My professional experience includes assessing, treating and working collaboratively with children, youth and adult clients who are struggling with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and low self esteem. I also support clients who may be struggling with social, personal adjustment and mental health challenges impacting their personal and professional lives.
In my Clinical practice, I mostly utilize Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused, and CPT and EMDR interventions, customized to my clients individual and unique needs. My goal is to help my clients to focus on their strengths in order to deal with life challenges and therefore, feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
My main focus is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds. Also assisting my clients to explore their emotional trauma while maintaining respect, sensitivity and compassion towards each individual’s experiences is another main goal.
