I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist and Registered Psychotherapist and I provide psychotherapy and skills training for adults and adolescents. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities to help my clients, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, CFT, EMDR, and Mindfulness.
