Together, in a non-judgmental, safe alliance we can work to shift areas that have you feeling stuck.I believe that when we are feeling connected and heard we can function at a level that promotes growth, expands our sense of self, allows us to feel and act empowered.
I work with individuals as well as couples, implementing evidence and research based, approaches. Building understanding and awareness that can improve how we see ourselves and others. I am always focused on attuning to my clients needs, and adjusting as we work together to find the most effective approach for you.
