With a Masters degree in Social Work and more than 27 years of experience in various areas of mental health care my approach is compassionate, trauma-focused, and strength-based and is influenced by many therapeutic modalities. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy and use this as a primary approach to various concerns.
It takes courage to reach out to a stranger for support when you are already feeling vulnerable.
