Break ups, job transition, life transition, school stress, interpersonal conflict, emotion management, my ideal client is motivated to self-reflect. Through care and deep compassion, I work to understand you, thoughtfully creating a safe space for your self-discovery. And together, we can locate your self-at-best, find resilience, improve emotional agility, and restore your adaptive functioning, where you are able to feel, deal, and heal in a way that honours who you are.
As a human-centered therapist, and fellow traveller, I believe that all clients given the right therapeutic environment operate powerful tendencies towards healing and self-righting. My therapy is talk-based, trauma-informed, feeling-focused, intentionally integrative, and always research-based.
