Welcome! Whilst it's really hard to be with our suffering when it arises, the fact that it has come to our awareness indicates that it's a good time to explore it with support. We don't have to bear the burden of our unhappiness, stress and confusion alone. It can be wonderfully reorienting when our personal experience is deeply heard, held and respected, with skill and open-heartedness. Often helping us find fresh perspective on the way forward. This is the gift we offer ourselves, when we take the time to engage in healthy therapeutic relationship. My work has been a joy to me and I would be delighted to hear from you.
With a Master’s degree in mindfulness-based psychotherapy and extensive experience in bringing compassionate awareness to the work, I offer weekly 60-minute sessions in person (convenient N. Van location) and online connection. In this relationship you can expect safety, understanding, confidentiality, collaboration and likely some moments of shared joy.
To honour that depth personal enquiry is rarely brief in nature, I aim to make the work as affordable as possible. Also, given the fact that the consistent key ingredient for therapeutic “success” is the good-fit between each unique client and therapist, I offer the initial meeting free of charge or obligation, giving us the chance to explore our "fit."
