Does you struggle to believe you are worthy? I work primarily with women who are dealing with grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges & life transitions. I support clients to access their inner strength, personal goals, and inner wisdom by teaching them to get into relationship with their emotions. My approach to counselling is deeply rooted in compassion & integrity, blending each persons individual belief system with their unique history & life experience. The counselling I offer is both gentle & practical where together we can explore your unique emotional, physical, intellectual, & spiritual values in sacred space.
We work in collaboration blending the personal experience of your inner emotional world with your equally unique views on spirituality & family of origin relationships. I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, (AEDP) Somatic Experiencing, (SE) Family systems (IFS) Compassionate Inquiry Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Gestalt Therapy.
I believe learning to trust what our own inner knowing has to teach us happens in connection. Work we do together in sessions can encourage new insights to blossom from inside.
