Life can feel hard some times and I know reaching out for support is an act of self compassion. Welcome. Working with client's interests/comfort I interweave neurobiology, body based (somatic) interventions and expressive arts therapy, as well as ‘talk therapy’. These are engaged through a resilience and trauma informed lens. No creative/ artistic experience necessary, only your curiosity. I both have life and clinical experience with ADHD and learning differences and work with clients who live with ADHD. Particularly late treatment or late diagnosis, and especially where it overlaps with relationships, career and parenting.
I specialize in working with people in life transitions, and people who are neurodivese, including ADHD and learning differences, including parents! I often see people when they are ready for change and need support with life transition- including parenting, separation, illness, career, education, new diagnosis. I offer clinical consultation as well.
I honour stories and behaviours that ancestors may have developed for survival and also support cycle breaking towards thriving. I am an Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over a decade of experience. I have 20+ years of experience supporting the LGBTTQ2SIA+/Spectrum community through advocacy and mental health support.
